Kering has appointed Charlotte Fournet as CEO of Pomellato and Krizia Cucurachi as CEO of DoDo.
Fournet will oversee the Pomellato’s continued development, with a focus on contemporary fine jewelry, Milanese craftsmanship and bold design, Kerring said Tuesday. Her role will be to strengthen the brand, increase productivity and develop distribution to support the brand’s long-term growth. Fournet brings over 14 years of experience to her new position. She previously held roles at the group’s Saint Laurent, Gucci and Bottega Veneta labels, where she served in several senior merchandising positions.
Meanwhile, Cucurachi will lead DoDo’s strategic development and work to expand its presence in jewelry gifting. She will strive to refine the brand’s position, strengthen relationships with clients and maintain its presence in Italy, while developing growth in global markets. Cucurachi joined DoDo in 2024 as its global product and brand director, managing, among other tasks, its product, communication, events and media activities. She has more than 16 years of international experience across jewelry and consumer brands, including Swarovski.
“The appointments of Fournet and Cucurachi reflect our commitment to developing the next generation of leaders from within our organization,” said Kering Jewelry CEO Jean-Marc Duplaix. “[Fournet’s] extensive and successful experience across several of Kering’s houses and [Cucurachi’s] strong track record in brand building and transformation make them ideally positioned to lead the next phase of growth for Pomellato and DoDo, and contribute to the ambition of Kering Jewelry.”
Fournet and Cucurachi will begin in their new executive roles on September 15 and will be based in Milan, Italy. Both CEOs will report to Duplaix.
