To celebrate the 101st anniversary of Lee’s iconic "101" line, American heritage brand Lee has partnered with Nigel Cabourn's OX’ed Silver to release a collaborative workwear collection.

Reinterpreting early 20th-century labor uniforms, the partnership introduces "BRURRY DENIM," a custom fabric engineered to mimic the irregular, uneven yarns of 1920s European underwear stock created by early steam and water-powered spinning machinery. The material utilizes three distinct dyeing techniques — hank dyeing incorporating dead-leaf tannins and iron mordanting, rope dyeing inspired by WWII-era material shortages, and cheese dyeing drawing from British Army green denim.

The 10-piece collection is organized into three distinct series inspired by American occupations between the 1920s and 1940s: "Railwayman 1925–1939," "Ranch Worker 1940–1944," and "Rodeo Clown 1943–1946". The range comprises six denim styles, including modified iterations of Lee’s signature LOCO Jacket, 91-SB Overalls and 101 jeans, alongside four complementary items: a band-collar work shirt, two-pack field tees, low-back suspenders, and graphic bandanas.

Priced between ¥8,250 - ¥99,000 JPY (approx. $53 - $633 USD), the Lee x Nigel Cabourn OX’ed Silver collection will officially release on September 12, 2026, and will be available exclusively through Nigel Cabourn flagship stores and the official webstore.
