Pandora’s sales improved in the second quarter, as it expanded its network and launched a new collection.

Revenue rose 2% year on year on a reported basis and 3% on an organic basis to DKK 7.22 billion ($1.11 billion) during the three months that ended June 30, the Danish jeweler reported Wednesday. Organic growth reflects sales in local currencies after adjusting for changes to the company’s structure, such as the addition or removal of distributors and franchisees. Sales grew 1% on a like-for-like basis, while profit gained 9% to DKK 875 million ($134.9 million).

During the quarter, Pandora launched its Garden of Dreams collection. Building on the line’s success, its campaign, which focused on locally relevant marketing channels, achieved strong consumer engagement.

The company saw continued like-for-like growth in Spain, Portugal and Poland, which was partially offset by persistent weakness in Italy, France, Germany and the UK. North America was mainly stable, even while the external environment remained challenging. Subdued consumer sentiment continued to weigh on traffic, particularly among mid- and lower-income consumers. Latin America and Asia Pacific, led by Japan, delivered strong growth.

“We are making progress in reenergizing Pandora’s growth engine. [The second quarter] delivered…growth, with encouraging early signs from the actions we are taking,” said Pandora CEO Berta de Pablos-Barbier. “There is more work ahead, but we are moving in the right direction and raising our 2026 guidance for both growth and profitability.”

The company upped its outlook for 2026 to between 0% and 3% organic growth, from its previous prediction of a decrease of 1% to a rise of 2%. Third-quarter trading is currently showing mid-single digit like-for-like growth.
