Plumb Club Elects Steven Lerche as Board President

The Plumb Club elected Steven Lerche of Goldstar as president of its board of directors at its general membership meeting, making him the youngest to hold this role.

Meanwhile, the group tapped Ray Mastoloni of Mastoloni Pearls as vice president at the June 23 session, the alliance of suppliers to the jewelry, diamond and watch industries said Monday.

Debbie Azar of Gemological Science International (GSI) will serve as treasurer, while the organization elected Jeff Weinman of ODT/Tache as secretary. Michael Lerche of Goldstar, former Plumb Club president, will continue as pavilion chairperson.

Roger Forman of Marathon Company is stepping down as president, but he will continue to serve on the board as past president.

The following directors will remain on the board:

Michael Langhammer of Quality Gold 

Moss Makhoulian of Richline Group 

Alok Mehta of IDD 

Dov Tannenbaum of Leo Schachter Diamonds 

Jordan Peck of Color Merchants/Brevani was elected for his first full term.
