New York-based lifestyle and homeware brand Gohar World - co-founded by sisters Laila and Nadia Gohar - has teamed up with ASICS for a surrealist take on the all-new GEL-DS TRAINER SP.

Launching as the duo's first-ever sneaker collaboration, the limited-edition silhouette seamlessly blends the technical aesthetic of mid-2000s track-and-field spikes with the delicate, hyperfeminine lines of a traditional ballet flat. This unique approach completely reimagines the sporty foundation of the original ASICS runner, resulting in an experimental, low-profile design that perfectly balances athletic heritage with elevated elegance. Retaining a commitment to everyday comfort, the shoe integrates ASICS' signature TRUSSTIC support unit and rearfoot GEL technology.

Visually, the collaborative sneaker arrives in a sleek, predominantly black colorway constructed from techy mesh and synthetic materials. What truly sets the sneaker apart is its array of eccentric, hand-applied embellishments that channel Gohar World's signature whimsy.
